lots of london + rl
Hahaha! I just initiated payment for the PendraCon in July! Eeeeeh!!! I really am so looking forward to EVERYTHING happening this year. I mean, I'm going to be in London and Kent in April too, so... what's not to like, I ask?

Haven't been doing any writing this past week, which plain sucks; I'm going to have to take much more responsibility at work (some of it which I legally shouldn't really be allowed to do, but you can twist this around so that I can do it after all...). I'm looking forward to actually having a group of children of "my own", so to speak - ten 2-3 year-olds. It's going to be challenging and exhausting, but so great, I think. It's definitely... quite something. I've been trying to figure out how to go about it all week, hence not being around much, hence no writing - hence have to contact several people about deadlines. *headdesk* Shall do so in a moment.

That said - LONDON I'M COMING.

*snuggles* Wheee! London! Imma and I are taking a plane on Wednesday 22nd April, btw. I suppose we should book a bed for you, or are you just going to curl up on the floor like a good puppy? ♥

Is work going to pay you what you're worth in the forseeable future, btw?

I am so looking forward to rooming with the two of you again! I'm also going to arrive the 22nd - and if you could be so kind as to book a three-bed room, that'd be awesome amazing! Of course, I AM a good puppy, as you well know, so the floor would do... But I assure you, a Pornstar Puppy would be much less inclined to snarking in a bed. (Yes, I have learnt to snark. A little. Tiny weeny bit. More than I could last year, at any rate!)

HA. I just did the math. I get roughly 2.50€ PER HOUR I WORK. Is that what I'm worth? I think not. But oh well, what can I do... And I see the children haven't killed you yet either! I am very glad! Is it as horrible as you thought? *g*

Luckily I have yet to see any children. I suppose I am going to start next week. And your employer should be ashamed of themselves. How can they get away with that? I mean... here you'd get... €12/hour. Christ!

Oh, snark? I want to see Puppy Snark! I am sure it is the most adorable thing in the entire world. *pets the Puppy*

I know, I know. But I don't have any pedagogical training certified on paper, so there's where this comes from. I'm going to have to figure out what to do about this... we'll see.

Heh, I like the attitude with which you're going into teaching. (No, what are you going to have to do, really?) :P!

And thank you for your kind words about my snark. I wish I could turn my back on you for the faith you just showed, but sadly I simply CANNOT. What have you done to me?

You flying to Gatwick? When are you getting in, if you have it booked already?

Yeah, but the 12€ is people who don't. If one has some kind of education it is much more.

I actually like teaching if I don't have to deal with smaller children <12-13 years.

Gatwick, yes. We haven't yet booked. The company which usually flies from our airport went down, and the other... we don't want that, they're crap. So we need to go to Copenhagen to get a plane, so we have a few things that needs sorting out - plus the money to sort with.

Looks like I'm going to fly to Gatwick too, this time around - apparently I waited too long to get reasonable fees for flights to Stansted. Scary new airport to navigate all on my own! I'd hoped maybe we have a close arrival time so that we can do that stuff together, but I want to book my flights today so the prices won't go higher AGAIN. So I'll just... go for the flight that gets in at 7:25pm. Heh.

We're going to take a late plane too, because I don't want to lose a day's work. We'll try to find one that fits with yours, but we cannot book just yet, because I don't have the money for it until I get paid. :(
Gatwick's a nice airport, not very large and not that many people.

Aw man, that sucks :( Take the flight that's cheapest! *g* Also, I could actually pay you for the room beforehand since my PayPal works now! How's that, huh? Unless you'd rather have it in cash in GBP... *g*

When should I be prepared to pay my part for the house, btw?

And, uh, yes, this is me wanting to know EVERYTHING before its due time. As per usual.

Ooh! Ten 2-3 year olds sounds exhausting, but like so much fun! I would love to have another job working with kids. Even though they drive you crazy sometimes, they're so squishy! (In, you know, a good way. >.<)
