Supernatural ep reaction: 3x16

I can't even begin to express my thoughts about this episode because I'm a wide-eyed, trembling mess. Thank god for the half-bottle of white wine we have at home!!!

OMG. I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH. AND THIS FINALE FUCKING DELIVERED. It may not have been full of surprises, but the acting (OMG JARED!!! at the end. HE KILLED ME and ripped my hearts to shreds) was glorious, and boy, all the pent-up emotion and desperation and OMG those boys, they love each other so much. And Bobby! "Do I look like a ditchable prom date to you?" and "Family don't end with blood, boy." And Ruby! I love her to pieces, and Katie Cassidy just PWNED it this time - when she's Lilith? OMG.

BUT. THE MAIN POINT: THE BOYS. WOW. So many great moments - the way Dean knew Sam would summon Ruby, all the desperation and Sam's powers coming back (! I cannot wait for season four!!!) and Dean's demon visions because he's piercing the veil and GOD. IT WAS ALL SO VERY GORGEOUS. DEAN AND SAM SINGING ALONG TO BON JOVI.

Sam having to watch Dean be torn to pieces. Lilith can't kill him. His cry. HIS TEARS DRIPPING DOWN ON DEAN. And then - and then.

DEAN IN HELL, CRYING FOR SAM TO HELP HIM.

Holy shit, I'm not even processing this at all. PLEASE, if anyone has any inclination WHATSOEVER to chat, I'm gonna be online all day. Possibly all night. (I'm GMT +01:00.)
