Apparently I'm having an identity crisis?

My dreams last night included this gem:

I was in London, at Curzon Hostel at Curzon Court Road, and I went to university somewhere thereabouts - being an exchange student from Germany. I was also a gay man who had unprotected sex without lube (man, that burned!), with Draco. I think he was angry with me and therefore decided to stake his claim on me or something. I'm not sure if maybe I was Harry - and dreaming of Harry/Draco, which is one of the few pairings I absolutely under no circumstance read, um, okay? - but anyway, this unprotected sex without lube made me late for university.

All the way through lectures I kept squirming because I could still feel Draco inside of me, and everyone threw me glances like they absolutely knew what had happened.

o_O OKAY. Seriously body, WTF? *rolls eyes at self*

This is to say, I'm feeling better. Apparently good fandom things + trying to set up a sleeping pattern + looking forward to the Snupin Meeting instead of looking backwards at the past are doing wonders. Also, writing = YAY!

ETA: There are two guys sitting beside me, surfing the internet (I luckily thought to bring my laptop with me), and they're looking at pictures. It seems they're rating the females after their appearance???

	Have you been writing too much HP fanfiction? The first sign - you start dreaming you're one of the characters, in a NC-17 setting! Still, you dreamed you were Draco - that's weird. You don't write Draco, do you? Can't imagine he's one of your favorites! (Reply to this) (Thread)

Actually I haven't been doing much HP lately - neither reading nor writing. And I've never had a dream like this before where anything HP-like happened, in more than four years of being in this fandom. Also, I don't generally dream NC-17 rated stuff.

Also also, I wasn't Draco, I dreamt I was with Draco, which, yes, weird. I'm definitely no Draco person. *is confuzzled by all of this*

I've no idea where this came from. Seriously. And the no lube part... let me tell you, it burned, but it was hot. I could feel every inch of Draco so. Freaking. Clearly. asdghj. I was claimed by Dracao Malfoy, and I liked it! I cannot for the life of me tell you how absolutely turned on I was in my dream, and how absolutely turned off I am in reality. Haha. /tmi

	I'm still squirming over the lube-less state of it. Rough anal - ouch, ouch, ouch! It's so weird that it was such a turn-on in your dream, but not in waking life. That happens sometimes, but it is strange. Always have to wonder what the subconscious is up to. Or is it just the extra mental debris from our lives being discharged? Random synaptic stuff? Let me rephrase: the fact that it was Draco doing this to me is a turn-off, but my body remembers the turn-on of the actual subconscious experience. Sitting here is weird, 'cause I know it didn't happen, but I still feel it.

Honestly, I think dreams is a mix of what you mention - I usually only dream when I know for sure I'm only halfway asleep, which means that if I dream, which I don't do often, I do it very consciously to the point I keep thinking about/analysing what happens while it happens. Usually I dream about the stuff I thought about during the day, and I usually dream when I'm upset, so when I'm deeply connected with my mental state anyway.

	I'd have understood this dream if it was, say, marauder-era Snupin or something, but (Harry/)Draco??? And an NC-17 rated dream??? 	I was very amused to be dreaming about Curzon House and Curzon Court Road, heh. And the no lube was okay! I'd been having sex with Draco maybe three times a day, so I was nicely stretched and all.
